2. To report breaking news and follow up the further details
3. Rewrite news in the easiest possible words.
4. To select headlines for a piece of news.
5. Research before working on special reports
6. To check news for bias.
7. Check facts and background information before filing news story.
8. Translating from Urdu to English and create write ups and new features.
9. To coordinate with graphic designers for relevant pictures with stories.
10. Keeping up to date with stories appearing in the TV channels and other news sources.
